Round data: scorecards, photos, scores, course information, dates, player names, and notes you submit
Group chat content: any text or screenshots you choose to upload
Payment information: processed by our payment processor Stripe — we never store your full card details

Usage data including pages viewed and features used

To create and personalize your broadcasts
To improve broadcast quality through AI memory features
To process payments and manage your account

3. AI Processing

Unaired uses third-party AI services to generate broadcasts:

OpenAI — for scorecard image processing
Anthropic (Claude) — for broadcast script generation
ElevenLabs — for audio generation

When you submit content, it is sent to these services for processing. We do not allow these services to use your content to train their models. Each service has its own privacy policy governing its handling of data.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

With service providers (hosting, payment processing, AI providers) who help us operate the Service
When you choose to share a broadcast via shareable link — that broadcast becomes accessible to anyone with the link
To comply with legal obligations or protect rights and safety
In connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your account and data
Export your data

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@unaired.ai. After deletion we may retain limited information for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or backup purposes.

Unaired is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

10. International Users

Unaired is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S.
