Refund Policy

All purchases on Unaired are final. The teaser preview is your chance to evaluate the product before you buy — every visitor can hear sample broadcasts before purchasing. Below is a summary of how we handle the rare exceptions.

Failed Generations

If a broadcast fails to generate due to a system error on our end, we will make it right — either by re-running the broadcast or, at our discretion, issuing a refund. This applies regardless of when the failure occurs.

Goodwill Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a goodwill refund at our sole discretion. To request consideration, email us at support@unaired.ai with your order details and a brief explanation.

Credit Expiration

Broadcast credits expire 365 days from the date of purchase. Unused credits after that date are forfeited.

When a Refund is Issued

When a goodwill or failed-generation refund is issued, any remaining unused broadcasts for that purchase are revoked. Broadcasts already saved to your library remain accessible.

Cancelling a Season Subscription

You can cancel your Season subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual term; you keep access to your remaining broadcasts until then. Cancellation is not a refund — see Goodwill Exceptions above for refund consideration.
